We have used these clocks for years. They take a lot of abuse and continue to perform without issue. I would highly recommend this clock to anyone who needs accurate time recording.

We needed a new time clock and ordered the same make as we had before. It arrived in good condition but with no instruction book or key. I phoned customer service and they sent a key pronto and I was able to print the instruction book online. Thank you
