How do I return an item?


Our goal is to offer our customers the best commercial grade equipment available, at the prices that make our products the Best Value found anywhere! Our professional staff is available to review your requirements before you order.

In the event that your needs change, or you did not understand the features of equipment that was purchased, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements.

Prior to returning any purchased item, you are requested to contact our Service Center with details of your request. We can be reached at 888-363-8281 or by email [email protected]. All returned items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for refund, less 10% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping. This fee is necessary to cover transaction costs and inspection costs, as well as minor re-packaging. All items must be complete and returned in resale condition, and in original packaging. Refund may be reduced if the items are not returned with original contents and original shipping containers.

Return Authorization:
Any equipment received without our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number indicated on the shipping label will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Please do not order these items if you are unfamiliar with installation or their application: Electronic peripherals, cables
