Simple Set-Up August 26, 2013 Reviewer: Mgmt Committee Member from Reno, NV United States   The RTC1000 time clock is easy to set up and use.  Once a static IP address is available it is a 'plug and play' device.  Line and payroll staff have an easy time with the system. Great Service July 27, 2013 Reviewer: Paola Soler from Miami, FL United States   It was shipped on time, no delays. Great customer service. On the phone they told me it was going to be next day at our our office, and it was like that.   Georgia Trivett and Inga Repsys were on top of everything when I wrote them with my query about the tracking code. On the phone, not sure if I spoke with them, the 2 ladies on the phone were very cordial, friendly, super nice! Was this review helpful to you?

RTC1000 time clock January 16, 2013 Reviewer: Eldon Griffiths from Lake Point, UT United States   Clock arrived in good condition and worked out of the box. It is easy to setup and our employees took to it without a single complaint. Time will tell about the longevity and hardiness of this product but it looks good to start with.
