We are a medium company with a bunch of busy employees with an unfortunate history of employee turnover. My management doesn't have time to dig deep to get new technology figured out. However, everything from ordering our clocks to entering employees and connecting the clocks was easy to figure out. We found out we had to further upgrade to 100 employees, and we received credit for the 50 employee upgrade we already purchased. Even though tech support is working remotely through the Pandemic, they answer emails within the hour and will call you back that day. Overall a painless and wonderful experience.
